Due to popular demand, Russell’s Café and Bakery at 958 Brookwood Center is now serving breakfast, including its new hot breakfast sandwich, beginning at 6:30 a.m. Chef and owner Russell Ping said he’ll also be expanding the services of his popular Fenton bakery and sandwich shop. Both residential and corporate catering services have already been added; cooking classes and monthly five-course prix-fixe dinners will begin later this month, also as the result of frequent customer requests; and the bakery will soon be available on Sundays for private events of up to 40 guests.
